We are meshing up the ideas from science, arts, nature and daily observations to build new perspectives for organizational decision making.

Supporting strategic management


At core, h aims to enable a constructive strategic action: investing energy into effecting a current state of affairs in way that new new, now more beneficial state emerges.

We start with 3 research programs:
they are tools for organizations to understand current and potential developments of the contexts they have a full interest to change.

Programs are based on inquiries into human contexts, so that clients could take action in order to change the undermining conditions for situations like:
- strategic performance is not meeting the expectations,
- taking the next investment decision got complex,
- alingning stakeholders is impossible.
