Human systems research crew


H is an emerging hypothesis of action, aiming at reshaping the current state of the world. 

In 2025 a collective of experimentalists, interested in supporting human change while turning high stakes situations into net positive strategic performances, came up with 2 core developments: 

1. A decision support platform. It's a fusion between research & development, management consulting, open source intelligence into a versatile strategic environment management tool, enabling productive responsiveness within complex systems for maximising most crucial interests. 

2. An open-ended study on human nature. For top level strategy managers, it lays down a new foundational belief structure to build knowledge about global realities and act in ways that change them. We call it a protocol on Human Systems Development.

H2471 provides a single unified operational picture of system’s current and future states, enabling a client to manage the strategic performance within these shifts more productively. Fundamentally, it helps to reshape an existing order of conditions to more beneficial ones. 

Strategic Environment Monitor SEM

SEM detects a system’s current behavior development patterns - how it works and normalizes via space and time today - and creates it’s model. It provides a shared situational awareness, showing a coherent view on existing dynamics out of which client’s strategic performance emerge.

This gives a wider collective visibility on possibilities for responsiveness - teams can model new hybrid courses of action, that can create more impact in current state of affairs, so it give rise to desired results. 

Strategic Environment Forecaster SEF

A next competitor move, social shift, policy change - how will a system respond? How could its behavior change and why?

SEF anticipates the potential evolvements of a system a team tries to engage with. Also it predicts risks and impact of newly defined hypotheses, so that decision makers could clearly understand their impact possibilities before actual work begins.

      A new foundation for strategic thinking and decision making in non-deterministic systems. We are meshing up concepts and ideas from science, arts, nature and daily observations to design a better way to interpret human nature and adapt to it.
      Through human systems explanation and prediction, it helps strategists to re-order heterogeneous environments such as markets, societies, communities, so that newly emerging conditions the performance.

      Order of human life isn’t static, it evolves. Thus, HSD is an open-ended study of modern human condition and its potentials. We invite strategy managers and scientific and advanced strategy management scholars to build it further.
